Thigh Lift
A thigh lift is an elective cosmetic surgery procedure that involves removing excess skin and fat from areas of the body where there is no muscle tone. This includes the inner and outer thighs, knees, buttocks, and upper arms.
After having a thigh lift, patients will notice a smoother contour to their legs and a more toned appearance.
They will also feel less self-conscious when wearing shorts or skirts because the area will appear smaller and tighter.
A thigh lift tightens the skin of the inner thighs. It can be performed in conjunction with liposuction to help reduce fat deposits in those areas.
Before undergoing thigh lift surgery, you will be asked to stop taking medications that increase bleeding. Your surgeon will also instruct you to stop taking aspirin, certain vitamins and supplements, and anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen. Your surgeon may also ask for a medical evaluation to make sure that you’re healthy enough to undergo the procedure.
